Handling losing streaks

Every strategy has losing streaks, even profitable ones. With a 60% win rate, runs of four losses in a row will still turn up over a year of active trading.

The danger is revenge trading — increasing size to win it back quickly. When you hit your daily or weekly loss limit, stop, review your journal and come back fresh.
